After-sales service

100% French

Located at the Aubière headquarters, near Clermont-Ferrand, the after-sales service, which has been in-house since 2020, centralizes all customer complaints. This organization enables us to react quickly to customer complaints and to more easily escalate them to the production centre, to the production department.

The desirability of our shoes is based on style, which enchants, comfort, which builds loyalty, and the in-store experience, which strengthens our relationship with our customers day after day. As for sustainability, we work on it at every stage of the product life cycle.


The second life section

In 2021, Besson Chaussures tested the sale of second-hand products by creating a dedicated department. This experimental approach has now been rolled out. More than 150 stores now offer this service to loyalty cardholders, combining desirability, durability and accessibility.

The recycling operation

This operation is a solidarity initiative launched every spring and autumn. Customers are invited to drop off their used shoes and handbags in store, in exchange for a coupon for new purchases.

LOCAL SHOE REPAIR

87 stores have taken the initiative of offering their customers a shoe repair service, in partnership with a local shoemaker. The aim is to encourage repairs to discourage people from throwing away their shoes, and to satisfy customers who are often attached to a particular model.
