What is click & collect?

In-store delivery, known as Click & Collect, allows you to have your order delivered free of charge or at a preferential delivery rate to your favorite Besson store.

How do I get in-store delivery?

1.    Once you have chosen your delivery method for the store, click on “Next”.
2.    On the payment page, enter your bank details and click on “Confirm and pay”.
3.    You will then most likely receive an SMS or e-mail or message on your banking application to validate your payment. This double security is called 3D Secure.
4.    Once your payment has been validated, you'll be taken to a page confirming that your order has been placed. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order, as well as regular updates on the status of your order.
