100% secure payment
100% secure payment with our partner PAYPLUG, a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE.
You can make all your purchases on our site with complete peace of mind.
We guarantee the security and confidentiality of all personal data collected during your credit card payment.
Our payment pages use the TLS protocol (encryption of all card-related information) and are subject to numerous approvals (PCI DSS certification, CB Cartes Bancaires approval, Visa merchant agent approval, etc.).
At no time do your credit card details appear in clear text or are they visible to the merchant.
HOW IS YOUR DATA PROTECTED?
When you make a purchase on our site via our PayPlug banking module, you are directed to a PayPlug payment page that is completely secure thanks to the HTTPS protocol. The payment process is therefore carried out directly on the secure PayPlug server.
Sensitive data, such as your credit card number and expiry date, are fully encrypted and protected using TLS protocol to prevent any information exchanged from being intercepted in clear text by a third party during the transaction.
Card numbers are instantly encrypted and are not accessible to PayPlug merchants. What's more, PayPlug does not store card numbers, and relies on a secure infrastructure that complies with the international PCI-DSS standard. To find out more about this standard, click here.
WHAT ARE SSL AND TLS?
The acronyms SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) and TLS (“Transport Layer Security”) are security protocols designed to ensure the confidentiality of information exchanged over the Internet between applications and users. These technologies enable you to transmit your credit card information in a completely secure manner.
TLS is a new, more secure version of SSL. It consists of two layers: the TLS Record Protocol and the TLS Handshake Protocol.
The first layer provides a secure connection using methods such as DAE (Data Encryption Standard). It can also be used without encryption.
The second layer enables the server and computer to identify themselves to each other, and then jointly choose an encryption algorithm and secret keys before starting to send data or messages.
WHAT IS 3D-SECURE?
3D-Secure (or 3DS) protects merchants and buyers against fraudulent use of bank cards by adding a second level of security when finalizing a payment.
After entering your bank details, you are redirected to your bank's website and asked to confirm that you are the holder of the card used for payment, using an authentication method such as a code sent by SMS or entering your date of birth.
3D-Secure verification is activated for all payments made on our website.
